 1. Services Provided

• The travel agency will assist in planning and booking domestic and international trips, including accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client preferences.
• A planning fee of $25 for domestic travel and $50 for international travel will be charged after first client call to begin the process.
   

2. Booking Terms

• The planning fee is applied to the total trip cost if the client books their travel arrangements through the agency.
• The client must provide accurate and complete information to ensure proper booking.
   

3. Itinerary and Refund Policy

• If an itinerary is created and shared, the planning fee becomes non-refundable, even if the client decides not to proceed with booking.
• If no itinerary has been presented, the planning fee will be refunded in full upon cancellation by the client.
   

4. Cancellations and Changes

• Once booked, changes and cancellations are subject to the terms of the respective service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). The travel agency will facilitate changes where possible, but additional fees may apply.
• Clients are responsible for any costs incurred due to cancellations or modifications.
   

5. Liability

• The travel agency acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers.
• The agency is not responsible for actions or omissions of airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other service providers.
• The client assumes responsibility for understanding and adhering to passport, visa, and vaccination requirements.
   

6. Payment Terms

• All payments, including planning fees, must be made before services commence.
• Payment methods accepted: Venmo or checks.
   

7. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United States of America.
   

8. Acceptance of Terms

• By paying the planning fee and/or booking through the travel agency, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
