How it Works

Our goal at Travel Alora is to curate the best experience for you on your journey. People work hard to be able to take a break through vacations and we want you to feel confident in your investment.  Through our services, we will recommend and help you find destinations that fit your budget and style, take care of the details, and give you a final itinerary. We want your travel experience to be one you will remember for years and be as stress free as travel can be. We will be at your complete disposal throughout the entire planning process and during your vacation.

1. Initial Inquiry. You can fill out our inquiry form below. 
2. Once your inquiry form has been received, it will be reviewed within 1-2 business days. Then we will contact you with any additional follow up questions during our free consultation call. This will give us a chance to be acquainted and decide if we are mutually a good fit.
3. Based off our initial conversation and if you want to continue the planning process together, you will receive an online invoice with our planning fee. 
4. Once the invoice is paid, we will get working on designing your dream travel!
5. We will work with you and modify your trip proposal as needed so it is exactly how you envision it. Once we've reached an itinerary you love, we will get the deposit applied to get everything booked!
6. 2-3 weeks prior to your vacation, we will send you your full digital itinerary. Depending on where you are headed, we may mail you any physical documents needed for your trip.
7. Enjoy your vacation of your dreams!

Every destination is different and every vacation is tailored to fit your needs. We require a planning fee, $25 domestic and $50 international, which will get applied towards your deposit on your trip. Please contact Tatiana for more information.
